Hunter Mountain Meeting and Race Wednesday March 8, 2017

Our annual meeting at Hunter is always a fun day with beautiful snow, a great race, and a wonderful lunch with awesome people! Mark your calendar for our 40th annual event at Hunter! Come out and enjoy the good snow and good company!

-Only a lift ticket is required for members to participate. Tickets should be available for sale in the Colonel’s Hall.
-Race registration from 8:30am to 10:00am in the Colonel’s Hall.
-Categories 70+,75+,80+,85+, and 90+ male and female.
-Race starts at 11:00am on Madison and usually goes about an hour.
-A complimentary luncheon and awards presentation will be held at 1:30pm in the Colonel’s Hall.
-No registration is necessary, but I’d appreciate an email if you plan to join so I can get an estimate of how many members are coming.
-If the event is cancelled for any reason, a message will be on the answering machine at 401-667-2892.

Okemo Mountain Ski Fest Jan 8-12, 2017

GROUP_BRIANOur Vermont ski fest just keeps getting better!  We enjoy wonderful slope side accommodations plus meals and entertainment together.  There are also mountain guides and a Nastar race.  Come enjoy the good company and the good skiing!   Day tripping members are also welcome to join the group!  Discount lift tickets available.

Ski Big Sky, Montana Jan 21- 28, 2017

9_big_skyEveryone has loved our last 3 trips to Big Sky, so we will return in 2017!  This seasons trip should be even better with an added day at Bridger Bowl.

Utah Ski Safari Feb 25-Mar 4, 2017

altaOur Utah Safari is our most popular trip attracting members from across the country coming together for a fantastic week of skiing!  We plan to ski Alta, Snowbasin, Brighton, Solitude, Park City, Snowbird, and Deer Valley.  We stay in downtown Salt Lake City and enjoy a hot breakfast each morning, a cocktail reception each evening, and meals together.  Non-ski activities include everything Salt Lake City has to offer.

Ski Snowshoe – West Virginia Feb 6-10, 2017

Plans are underway for our 3rd annual Snowshoe trip for Monday 2/6/17 through Friday 2/10/17 (4 nights total). This is a great trip close to home. Snowshoe has offered us special lodging rates in the Allegheny Springs building. This building is located in the heart of the mountaintop village and next to Ballhooter Lift, and just steps from restaurants, shopping and all the mountain activities. Skiers age 75+ get lift tickets for $10 per day. Final Lodging Rates for four nights including taxes will depend on number of persons, types of bedroom and beds requested.
