The 70+ Ski Club Midwest Ski Fest
When: January 17-19, 2023 (Tues-Thur)
Where: Nub’s Nob Ski Resort
Activities Include: Ski Races, Dinners, Dancing, and more!
Cost: NO COST for most of the activities and meals, but please pre-register prior to January 10, 2023. Early registration guarantees your name will appear on the members list of participants and helps us make sure everything is well organized. Only Pre-registered members can participate in the FREE ski clinics. (Only a limited # of walk-ins can be accommodated).
Lodging: A block of rooms is reserved at the Perry Hotel (231-347-4000) at a rate of $129 + tax per night for a Classic room. CUT OFF DATE 12/18. Mention the 70+ Ski Club when registering. There are other hotels and motels available locally.
70+ Members are welcome to bring their non-member guests.

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Registration in Nub’s Nob lodge at 70+ Ski Club desk.
Stop by in the morning for coffee and pastry – meet you fellow skiers
2:00 PM Women’s Ski class meets at Nub’s Nob Ski School desk. Register at Ski School desk by 1:30 PM
4:30 PM Ski Movie – Nub’s Pub
5:00 PM Hors d’oeuvre’s and cash bar – Nub’s Pub
5:30 PM Spaghetti Dinner – Nub’s Nob north dining room.
Wednesday, January 18, 2023
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Registration in Nub’s Nob lodge at 70+ Ski Club desk.
Stop by in the morning for coffee and pastry – meet you fellow skiers
10:00 AM Slalom race clinic on Birch Run. Register at Ski School desk by 9:30 AM
1:30 PM Ski & Snowboard Race on Birch Run
5:00 PM Dinner dance at Stafford’s Perry Hotel (Please include $40 per person fee when signing up). **New Dance Band for 2023**
5 PM cash bar 6 PM Dinner WEAR NAME TAGS

10:00 AM NASTAR race on Birch Run
Register at Nub’s Nob front desk in the lodge by 9:30 AM No cost to registered participants
11:30 AM Buffet lunch- Presentation of medals and farewells. Nubs Nob north dining room
