Season passes are not required for any of the trips (discount group lift tickets should be available for most trips), but some are worth consideration. The Mountain Collective Pass https://mountaincollective.com/ has benefits at 25 resorts (including Alta, Snowbird, Snowmass, Snowbasin, Banff/Lake Louise) $629 includes 2 days at each resort and then 50% additional tickets.
