Vermont, Canada, Big Sky, Utah, and Snowmass 2026 Cancellation/Refund Policy: More than 120 days from start of trip (forfeit $100), 60 to 119 days (forfeit deposit). 45 – 60 days (forfeit 75%), less than 45 days (no refund).

Val d’Isere 2026 Cancellation/Refund Policy: Before 9/20/2025 (forfeit $100), between 9/21/2025 and 10/19/2025 (forfeit deposit). Between 10/20/2025 and 12/3/2025 (forfeit deposit and 1st payment), 12/4/2025 and after (NO REFUND).

Italy 2026: Cancellation/Refund Policy: More than 120 days from start of trip (deposit refund minus $100 penalty), 60 to 119 days (forfeit deposit). 45 – 60 days (forfeit 75%), less than 45 days (no refund).

Tahoe 2026: Cancellation/Refund Policy: Before 11/22/2025 (forfeit $100), between 11/23/2025 and 12/21/2025 (forfeit deposit). Between 12/22/2025 and 2/4/2026 (forfeit deposit and 1st payment), 2/5/2026 and after (NO REFUND)

Club Waiver: I understand and am aware that skiing is a HAZARDOUS activity. I understand that the sport of skiing, travel to and from the ski area and other activities with the 70+ Ski Club involve a risk of injury to all parts of my body. I understand the risks associated with COVID-19. I hereby agree to freely and expressly assume all risks of injury and illness while skiing, travel to and from the ski area and activities with the 70+ Ski Club. I agree that I will release the 70+ Ski Club and its officers from any and all responsibility for injuries, illness, or damages to me or to any other person. I have carefully read this agreement and release of liability and fully understand its con- tents. I am aware that this is a rule of liability and a contract between me and the 70+ Ski Club.
